The Gators first win of the season was a big statement against 4-2 TCR. Andrew Figueroa scored more than half of his team’s points leading the Gators in scoring with 37 points on 14/21 shooting. With only two games left in the season, the Gators may be too late with their playoff push, but only time will tell. With Old School next on the schedule, TCR must come out to perform, as Old School is 6-0 (only team to deal TCR a loss).
LA Legends 67
The LA Legends (5-1), have the second best record on Tuesday nights, with their only loss coming in their first game against Old School, look for the week 8 rematch to be one of the best games of the season. Lead by Jose Rivera with 21 points, LA did not score as much as they normally do, but pull out the win still in the end. While the LA Legends are looking for top seeding in the league, the Cobras are fighting for the playoffs with matchups against Metro Church in week 7 and TCR in week 8.
Old School 70
Metro Church 52
After another victory for Old School, this time over Metro Church, they have become the obvious favorite from the Tuesday night teams and possibly the overall favorite. Phil Hodges lead Old School in scoring with 24 points on 9/18 shooting en route to defeating Metro Church and Andre Mcfarlane who scored 19 points while grabbing 11 rebounds. Through week 6 of the season Old School remains undefeated, but with TCR in week 7 and LA Legends in week 8 the season will not be easy to close out.
